The dress is decorated with stripey blue shoulder pads, a deep stripey blue collar, stripey belt and even more stripey accents on their cuffs and elbows. The figure has matching blue spikey eye make-up, a matching blue spikey lightning-bolt-shaped necklace, and bright red lips. The figure's toes point towards each other, and their hands are clenched like they're ready to play guitar.
