Ahhh, The City Planner! He is bold, big and commanding; and his piercing yellow eye glasses immediately draw the viewer in. The rich patterning, on a field of stars tells a mysterious and edgy story, which is largely left to interpretation. This exciting piece created by Donald Paterson is done entirely with colored pencil on paper.
